We realize that there may be times when an item you ordered needs to be returned. When that does happen, we want to make it as easy as possible for you.
RMA numbers will be issued only after the customer has completed the provided form and the RMA request is approved. RMA numbers are valid for 20 days only and will be cancelled if the return product is not received within this time.Expired RMA's will be refused.
No RMA's will be issued for products damaged during shipment. SMP cannot be responsible for damages incurred in transit. The customer is responsible for such damages.
***IMPORTANT RETURN INFORMATION PLEASE READ*** Product must be received in original box and packaging.All returns must have the RMA number on the shipping label please do not write on manufacturer boxes. All products must be complete, including all components, accessories, cables, software, and manuals. Additionally, if your company has assembled or installed components, please disassemble or de-install item before returning. Returns must be shipped freight pre-paid.
Please insure all return items and send returns via UPS Ground and provide SMP a tracking number. Customer is responsible for all freight charges. SMP will not accept COD returns.
The customer will be invoiced at the original selling price and credit will be applied only after the RMA product has been returned and inspected. Under no circumstances should there be a deduction from the invoice payment for returned items until a credit memo has been issued. When an RMA is issued and there is no replacement product order, a 10% restocking fee may be applied at SMP's discretion.
