We can establish a professional look and assume the maintenance responsibilities for your site. Chances are, you would rather be running your business than your website. How would I change something on my site?
You can either call (585) 324-0876 or email mpeters@smp-corp.com with the change(s). We will make the revisions to your site, then republish the pages online. Most changes can be completed within 24 hours.
Is there a fee for making changes?
In all cases, any work performed is billed bi-monthly, with a one-hour minimum.
How long does it usually take to get up and running?
For typical sites, going from the initial meeting to going live is usually around one to three weeks. More involved, or larger projects may take longer to complete. Depending on the project, we can work with you to set up a schedule.
Can you guarantee my site will be ranked #1 on the most popular search engines?
Unfortunately, no. While we make every effort to get your site included and ranked as high as possible in search engines, we cannot make any guarantees. However, most of our sites do rank high in the search results for particular keywords given to us by you. These keywords are what prospective customers would use to find your site. We will work with you to generate keywords that will work to produce the best ranking possible.
What's involved in the process of designing a site?
First, we will meet with you to determine your needs and goals and discuss budget concerns. With that information, we will generate a mock design for your review. This design will be posted in a development area of our site for you to view at any time. If you have any revisions, send those along to us and we will update your design for another review. When everything looks okay, we will submit a custom invoice to you. After that, we will arrange hosting, if needed, and your site will then be live.
Do I need to be in the local area to do business with you?
No. Thanks to email and telephones, we can easily communicate with clients in any location. We create the same high quality sites for clients who are local as well as those from out of state.
